Terms
The game
Duskwild is made by Cynical Studio. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial use. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard licence for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also applies; on Android, Google Play's terms apply.
Your save
- Your progress is stored on your device (see Privacy). We cannot recover a save that is deleted with the app or with your browser data.
- The game keeps spare copies and offers to restore one if a save is damaged.
- Offline rewards and daily gifts follow your device clock. If the clock is moved back, they pause until the time catches up.
Fair play
Duskwild is a single-player game. Please don't tamper with the game files or saves; doing so may break your save, and we can't support a modified game.
Starlight and purchases
- Starlight is the game's cosmetic currency. It only buys looks; nothing sold changes the game's difficulty or power.
- Starlight and looks have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- Restore purchases (Settings) brings back the Starter and Supporter looks. The Starlight they include is paid once, on the first purchase.
- Until cloud save is available, Starlight bought on one device stays on that device.
- A purchase that needs approval (Ask to Buy, Family Link or a pending payment) is delivered once the store approves it.
- Starlight packs are only offered up to what you can still spend on looks.
Optional ads
You can choose to watch a short ad for a small Starlight reward, up to 5 times a day. Ads are never required to play, and there are none for players under 13.
Changes and availability
We may update the game and these terms. The game is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of bugs, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
